Connect Financials Card Line Up

We hope everyone has had a great week and have continued to stay safe.

With another week down we sit down at look at whats been accomplished, what we have coming, and anything else that fits in here.

In the past week we have set up two AMA’s with new communities that we’ll be announcing in the upcoming weeks. We continue to look to gain exposure into crypto communities or any groups that are cryptocentric. If you run a community you can reach us at pr@connect.financial to setup an AMA.

Recently we have also taken note from our community members regarding Ethereum gas fees on Uniswap, with them at times being a very large percentage of the users entire transaction. As such, we have made the decision to accelerate the listing of CNFI tokens on a centralized exchange(s).

This is not an easy process as there are a multitude of options, with varying costs, opportunities and drawbacks. We spent quite a bit of time interviewing (and being interviewed by) the exchange representatives and also in conferences with market advisors. We feel we have landed with a CEX partner that provides Connect with a phenomenal partnership. The official announcement will coincide with their release of the the listing. This partner compliments our efforts in the Western World with giving us a footprint in the APAC countries and ancillary services for localization. All of that while also providing what we feel is a fair and robust product of their own.

On the development side, we continue to push updates on our Client Portal as we gear it up for its launch and the onboarding of our first clients and the wait list for the first cards. Overall, progress is moving at a rapid pace on the client portal as we have added on another full-time engineer.

The teams goal is that by the end of this week to be at a sufficient point to narrow down an opening date for user sign ups.

Update on the physical cards: We’ve been expecting to receive our sample cards for a few weeks and we did receive them. When the package arrived it felt like Christmas, birthday, and a first date all rolled into one. To hold the sample of the card that will be what we use on a day to day basis. These are the blank material samples of the different available materials we are able to choose from and give approval to start the full production with our approved art design. As a reference the metal card we selected weighs approximately .61 ounces. While an American Express Platinum metal comes in at about .50 ounces. So it has about 20% more heft to it. We will post full images when we receive the first batch in inventory.

As always, thank you for being a valued member of our community as we move closer yet to our next phases and roll out of the Connect Financial Crypto Visa Credit Card.
