Connect Financial Weekly Update

Good evening everyone and welcome to this weeks touchpoint for all things Connect!

To start with, we hope you all have had a chance to take a look at our new website at connect.financial. We’ve continued our push to update our branding with all the various outlets.

And with this new look we are feeling pretty good and want to strut our stuff a bit, so be on the look out for us on Facebook, Twitter, and a few other outlets as our marketing has started and gaining momentum.

As we move look towards our full product suite, we have updated our main twitter handle to https://twitter.com/_ConnectFinance to serve as an overall product/company handle. The Connect_wallet will be reserved for that specific product.

This PR is the first in our scheduled release of product and crypto presses to meet our marketing metrics.

On the development side, this past week we’ve been focused on working through the backlog list of updates coming from user testing. We were estimating we’d been able to invite the next round of users but we’ll have to delay that for another sprint while we clear up a good part of the current feedback.

In addition we have done some quality of life fixes and user feedback fixes on the landing site.

We have felt extremely lucky this past week as we have brought on two more senior developers who both come with an extremely well focused and relevant work history in Fintech, Banking and Finance. Both also being from Latin America and multi-lingual they bring a great sense of market sentiment and product need for that region.
